Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team at Right Zone Travel Tours. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and assistance throughout their travel journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about our travel services, destinations, and policies.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, issues, or changes to travel plans in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Processing bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our travel offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Providing recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and exceed their expectations.
  • Documenting and updating customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Empathy and patience to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information and transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of travel industry practices, destinations, and travel regulations is a plus.
